Job Title: Experienced Radiation Therapist

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver and record radiation therapy treatments under the direction of a radiation oncologist and chief radiation therapist.
• Enter and maintain patient treatment parameters in electronic medical records.
• Participate in the clinical instruction of newly hired therapists and students.
• Assist in maintaining patient appointment schedules and submitting accurate billing information.
• Cut blocks and make custom molds as needed.
• Complete simple mu calculations accurately.
• Interpret computerized treatment plans accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited radiation therapy technology program.
• Entry-level position requiring 0-3 years of experience as a Radiation Therapist (RTT).
• ARRT certification required.
• Valid state license for radiation therapy.
• Preferred knowledge of Varian, Aria, and Eclipse systems.
