Qualifications:
Level 1:
Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited pharmacy school.
Licensure: Current state licensure as a Pharmacist.
Experience: An entry-level position requires 0-3 years of experience as a registered pharmacist.
Preferred Background: Oncology experience is a plus.
Responsibilities: May supervise pharmacy technicians.
Level 2:
Experience: Minimum of three years as a registered pharmacist.
Preferred Skills: Experience in a pharmacy with I.V. skills.
Requirements for Both Levels:
Licensure: Current license as a Pharmacist in the state of practice.
